While we do encourage face-to-face counselling, we know that sometimes it can be difficult to come in to our office. Therefore, we do offer online counselling.
If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, you will be required to come in to our office for an in person session. Please contact us immediately at 587-274-3939 to book an appointment. If you are not able to reach us, we strongly encourage you to contact the Support Network Distress Line at 780-482-4357.
If you are under the age of 18, we are not able to offer online counselling. Please have a parent or guardian contact our office to discuss setting up an appointment.
Sessions are offered via Skype, although we will consider phone counselling if you prefer. If you would like to try online counselling, please read over the Consent form first to make sure that you understand and agree with the terms and conditions. If you are ready to set up an appointment go ahead and download then print out and complete the form This form will need to be emailed back to our office before we can set up the appointment. You can either scan it or take a clear picture with your phone. We will contact you to set up a date and time for your appointment once we receive the information.
