The information collected through the voluntary submission on the website (name, email, communications) is used for the purpose of providing a service (replying to the inquiry, answering questions, booking the initial session) and is not stored in our email system or our platform's inbox (Wix.com) after use. We request that personal details not be included in the submission as this information goes directly to our Office Manager. 

We may collect the IP address of users, and use software tools to measure our site's historical information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

Any information stored by our platform, Wix.com, is stored behind a firewall.

We make every effort to safeguard personal information, and make every reasonable effort to prevent loss, misuse, disclosure, or unauthorized access; should a privacy breach occur, every reasonable effort will be made to comply with the requirements as determined by the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner (OIPC).
